I thought a live chat would be a good idea. Before anyone says anything, I would be willing to make an irc chat for prisonblock, write a guide on how to use it and run it.

People can make channels on there for there gangs where they're gang members can go and chat to each other etc...

Just seen things like this on other games and some work, some dont.. Just thought it may be a good idea? If I get a good enough response (and a yes from one of the staff), then I'll start making one.
