You shouldnt be able to Attack.Mugg or Raid Cell when someone when there online.Its some bitchassness to keep going at someone when there offline.I feel if you get caught you should sit for a while in Isolation for some hours.

Awwww you sound like you have been experience offline beatings... and raiding... well... of course people are gonna raid when you are offline... you just sound all upset... and don't want to have to use your brain to think of ways around it... best suggestion... is to get a damn good fight cell set up... and some pots of gold... some respected status... and work your ass off... so people can't do that to you... it is the only option sorry...
