I think it would be good idea if the winner got something like cheque, which he could cash at Warden's office. That's a suggestion for the coming lotteries.

yeah and if he don't change it in next few days( i don't know  maybe 3), then he lose his prize and his lost prize counts present for the next lottery

Not a fan of either idea. As it stands, their identity is kept secret for 24 hours. They get a notification 24 hours before the drawing and a notification as soon as they win. If they don't move the funds by then, tough luck.
