I mean they looked good to me but I wouldn't know what's they're supposed to look like at lvl 14 anyways.

well dont no about training cells but i no my stats r low i call it bus lag from when i came from putnam and a delay in making a training cell and crime cell aand attack cell....hey for those reading this it might be a hint to the game
