Probably a stupid idea, but was thinking about having to maintain your cell on a daily basis.

Could do something like that there is a chance of rats stealing your items if you do not maintain your cell

Easier to raid cells as the bars become corroded.

Lose items in your cell in the mess.

Have to go to the infirmary due to E-Coli, Bird Flu, etc

Decreased stats due to bad personal hygiene and condition of cell.

this sounds allright but what would the bonus be for maintainin it. also what if someone goes on holiday? cones back and has nothing left

maybe cell raids by the warden would work better like once a  month or so you would have to remove different items you may get caught with

mufasa could state 2 to 3 different items each month that will not be allowed in cells if caught they will be confiscted that would keep everyone on there toes

If I see a rat big enough to walk off with a  bookcase, he can have it... along with my wallet, watch, and car keys.
