When you prison travel, there should a delay for your items to come in a seperate truck or something...Or you could have a item that sells 5 or so favors each at wardens office that makes it come to you STRAIGHT AWAY in your next prison transport...And there could be risks for a run...Like

"The truck got caught in a load of traffic, therefore will be 30 Minutes late"

"Your items got muddled up, you will now recieve 346 less Energy Drinks" - Could have a limit to taken away

It is all to easy for runners...

I would argue against this. Running is the only thing that keeps the upper levels talking to the lower levels. It also allows lower levels to forge alliances they would not have the opportunity to otherwise. It's a way for the lower level to earn respect. no need to eff with it.

I say take away the option to send items to another inmate...make everything have to be purchased from open market/reg market in ur prison

ok but what if ur trying 2 give one off DR some items?

i think that would be good to get rid of runners, some of them at least

but you trade the way you do amens for cash...list 10k eds at $1 each for example...but get a shipment of 10k eds sniped would suck...people would start to just buy and sell them on the open market with out having to risk getting sniped

and then the sellers would list thousands on the market and make more targets to mug
