While selling off my cell, I noticed the list page got jumbled when I had a lot of sale-eligible amenities, and a few times I couldn't locate the correct one.  The prompt says "this item," thought it might be beneficial to have it reference the specific amenity/item.

Apologies if this has been suggested, it's a somewhat difficult topic to search for.

i agree with this i had issue recently when listing one of the move controllers, in the list colour isn't specified i had to come out of list go back to cell check the attributes of the coloured move i was selling and then go back to list using this info to identify which was the correct one to sell, all while the customer was sat F5 in the marketplace. If i am understanding correctly the suggestion above would stop this problem. Also with the often 'real money' value now attached to these amens it would be nice to have the more specific prompt just before listing your amens.
