i think that 2 things must happens ......for a prisoner that has health problem ....

1)in hospital ,in europe ,they exist cells so the prisoners can make the time in a real hospital under guards 24 hours ,so

he take the best health care he can get !

2) maybe also it no need to get in a prisons , they can make soccial working hours & also be free so they go alone and free

in their own doctor or hospital , a doctor that can choose by themself , same time work 15 hours per week if they r cappable of course !the state must pay his health care ........

my opinion is that all plp have a second change in their life BUT NOT PLP THat Make Crime Against Small Childrens!!

like who, gimmie an example, in most cases i think other punishments or rehabilition would be better. For example you commint fraud or robbery u recive a large fine, or if you have a problem with addictive hard drugs you would go to rehabilitation.

ok lets say people who write bad checks, simple enough.... yes i understand that somtimes people do it out of need for food or shelter, but if repeated over and over, then fuck those people, go get a real job, although they should get medical treatment if required while in PRISON, as related to the topic

If someone writes a bad cheque, they should be fined an amount with covers all the hassle involved with the bad cheque. If they have no money to pay the fine it would be deducted from the benifits or social security money at a few $ per week.

It is the job of the govenment to ensure that poverty in the country is at a minimum and that there are many attractive jobs for its residents. Poverty is the main cause of crime, reduce poverty and everyones standard of lifes improves.

Every person should have access to medical care regardless of social standing. I think it's disgusting that health insurance companies turn multi-billion dollar profits each year from others misfortune. People having to sell their homes and make large sacrifices in order to recieve treatment and live a healthy life. I understand some of these procedures are expensive but I always believed that health coverage should be a non-profit organization or at least have all proceeds going towards further medical research
