for those they r doing time , they can be under guard in hospital 24hours !!

also u must respect Hanako ,not about her power level but cz she has help plp that they r new here ...

I think prisoners deserve it too, yes. I dont think you can contain someone in a government facility and allow them to suffer for something which is treatable, otherwise it could be deemed cruel and unusual punishment.
