I would like to suggest that any miracle mugging give xp. I don't see why it shouldn't happen. You take a chance at getting someones cash so why not earn xp for it. As a runner I get attempted all day and night so why should these that do get lucky only get cash. It allows them to "level squat".

yeh i agree completely plus they aint very miraculous if they get em often which they do miracles r like 1 in a millio not 1 in 100 or whatever they r

If this would go into affect, How would this be based on speed since mugging is just that, i mug someone with high speed close to myn i get lots of xp, Therefore you mug someone with +100mil but micacle Would you get same amount of xp as someone who can mug him just by speed? Then a level 14 would go up a few at a time...
