I was thinking if you had this in your cell you could maybe get like a 20% discount on anyone you wanted to spy on. Could also be something where you can spy on 1 person a day for free. What do you think? Feel free to add to it if you like the idea.

It helps you look at an angle you can't usually see from inside a locked prison cell.
