I think to gain players the easiest thing to do would be to give banned players a banned sentence like 1year or 2years something like that.....you could have it count down like isolation (with no buyout) that way old players could return....of course life bans could still be given depending on what the crime was....dupes of the banned person could be deleted and gains from cheating fire saled or given to staff cells.....just a thought but numbers would grow in my opinion.....also players who have been inactive for over a year could also be deleted giving them a chance to start afresh if they ever wanted to again i think this would help gain numbers

I think the staff should decide on who did what and how long that person should get for doing it......but a way back for some could help with numbers
