it would b a hot idea to have a feature that displays ALL inmates' most wanted rating. (maybe in parenthesis.).... it'll b like a motivational push for those ppl who wanna b on the top 25 list

Like showing whos won the most and has done the most crimes, also one that has the most money and maybe the highest level?

That's a great idea. I say why just a top 25? Show everyone's ranking. Battle stats, muggings, etc. Maybe list the top 25 FIRST, but have access to everyones rankings. 1-25 on first page, 25-50 on next, etc. or maybe just top 100.
Most money, most power, most enemies, most amenities, etc. its whatever
