You can turn this around once your at a higher level you know. Get yourself doing something to earn some spare cash, stock up on items, do your training cell up then power train. Not everyone starts good at a low level but once you reach Arizona you can crime cash for items and also grab yourself some amenities from the open market. It's simple, just build on what you have.
