I like it. It will make some people think twice about mugging.....................................that will give defense trainers a chance getting you back too......................The rape suggestion is just sick.

just increase the chance of them infirming you if you dont catch them. Just dont see a need for this

there would still have 2 be a percentage to it working or there would be no point 2 mug

so basically if Im fast enough I can never lose money?
