i think it would be fun to be able to  mug the perm iso players, with an item guaranteed each time if they have any.

That's neat. But at least make it cost a couple favors or something. If it's that easy people would lose motivation to earn favors, then real life MU would be doing this game for nothing.

Edit: Actually thought about that. It would be kind of cool for keeping players on their toes. Say you pay 10 favors and you mug them and take whatever then infirm them. Then people gotta keep an eye out to see who can hit them first, once they're out of the infirm. That would be a good punishment for dupes. Make them literally watch all the stuff they got go away, one event at a time.
