But people have always mugged runners, I was a runner from Zona to SD so I help SD members n I got mugged by them same people.

of course they are, but like every other player that's ever pissed off too many higher levels, they'll never come to SD. Play a couple of weeks/months, cause some trouble, get some attention, stop playing. It happens over and over.
