Well i dont know if this has been mentioned before (i did use mr search bar) so dont mention it if it has.

The main fact of speed (for people who may not know)  :

Speed’ is the street name for a range of amphetamines such as amphetamine sulphate, dexedrine and dexamphetamine. Like cocaine, amphetamines are stimulants that people take to keep them awake and alert. The effects of amphetamine kicks in within half an hour of ingesting it by mouth. If you inject it you’ll experience the effects quicker and these effects can last for up to six hours. The high is generally followed by a long slow comedown.

This could be a useful item if balanced out correctly.

That it should do: give you 35% more of youre total NRG, so say if you have 100 NRG (max) the effects of the drug will make it so you have 135 NRG (max) and the effects should last up to an hour.

you should be only allowed to take speed every 6 hours after the effect has taken place.

Cost: expensive.

An energy affecting drug may make training more easy, perhaps too easy. Besides, we dont have amenities that give +35% energy. I think thats a bit overpowered.

rofl ya and i mean i would like it but who wouldent it would allow power lvling and waht not giveing people that much power in energy

 dont forget there temporary, plus you only use the drug every 6 hours and it should be really expensive so it can be a scarce item.

Well to balance it out there should be a negative effect. Like lower max energy for an hr after it wears off.

well if its a drug lets not forget you cant do training while on drugs....i think thats still in effect
