Need help from anyone with Computer smarts

when i click to use an item like an energy drink or water a message appears right below my website tabs that says "This website is using a scripted window to ask you information. if you trust this website click here to allow scripted windows." but it disappears to fast to click on it and at one time a little window popped up in top left corner of my screen where i could select amount of waters i wanted to use at once. how do i get that little window to appear everytime i use internet explorer 8 and have windows XP on my comp.
can anyone help with this

are you using IE? if so it wont stay. Use mozilla firefox or another browser like google chrome
