I keep getting mugged by the same guy. everytime i log on I am in the hospital within minutes. I can't even get my guy to the gym. I am getting mugged or attacked by this guy even when I am offline. how the f**k do i stop this. its kinda making the game suck!

Did someone put a bounty on your head? Maybe he's just trying to fulfill it?
Do you have a large amount of cash oh hand?

U really want him to stop try getting in a gang and if he keeps going, well if u get in a good gang his life will turn into urs

I used to have a problem very similar.
Except it was a dude with lower stats always catching me with low stamina.
However if he has higher stats, your best bet is to just keep training.
He's probably just trying to level up fast (which is tarded at best here), so pump some iron, and keep it up.
Eventually he'll be of a much higher level, but your stats will own his.
So exact a lil revenge and keep him hospitalised till you grow bored.
Then train some more.
Has he tried to attack you or have you tried to attack him? If not, try it. His stats might be lower compared to yours.
Cos he might be able to mug you, but you might be able to whup him in line!
If it works, then rinse & repeat.
