I just wanna let everyone know that nepper92 is a paypal scammer. DO NOT TRUST HIM. Dont buy anything from him cuz u will never recieve what u pay for. I gave him PLENTY of time nd sent him PLENTY of messages to try nd work this out cuz I didnt wanna have to tell everyone that he is a scammer.  I paid him $20 for 2 dvds 10 days ago nd never got them. Now he ignores me.

i agree its messed no matter the amount, but im seeing far to many scammer threads these days makes me wonder..
