I searched and couldn't find anything....

I am wondering how do new amms come into the game??... like the block cake, consoles and stuff.. do they first get sold in the wardens office or is it like the firesale way??

Yeah, usually warden has them in his office for a few minutes or for like a day, increasing or decreasing a amens value. ;o
