I fight the fencer and i win but shes still there and my hp is lower. WTF??

A number of things could have happened:

- NPCs can move to any tile on the map after you fight them, including the tile they were just on.

- Another NPC of the same type could have moved onto that tile as you were fighting.

- NPCs can will stack on each other. It's possible there were two stacked.

Important thing is, if you beat the NPC, you beat the NPC. S'all good.

i seen a few earlier that were on top of cars,,,not a big deal you can fight them but just looks a little awkward

I just defeated a Fencer and got a Swimsuit. Can you be more specific about what doesn't work?

Are they any other plusies besides bob and fred ? i got 7 plusies 4 defense 3 strength but none speed is there a speed one ?
