bcus you can outlast them, you hit harder with more stamina and have softer blows with higher stamina so i guess the viagra just beefs you up enough to beat them thats my theory

Stamina should not make you hit any harder or recieve less damage. My stm barely goes down when i lose. My battles are not very long

I win without the viagra, but u do hit harder and recieve less damage wirh full stamina

With full stamina yes you do better since your stats are affected but Im curious as to how extra STM wins fights against NPCs, Or if it will help in normal fights.

If I attack with 500STM which is say 80% of my max will I do better or worse then say 400 at 100% in a new cell? Or would the results be the same?

it helps in normal fights also...there have been many times where i was using other drugs and lose/tie and switched to viagra and the lose went to a tie or the tie to a win

It will probably last until the Olympics start the 26th. Maybe the parking lot will be open throughout the Olympics? The Olympics event will last probably at least until the real Olympics is over:)
