Why are people still convinced that lower level players get/have gotten better drop rates? Are you guys trolling me? Seriously.

My apologies, maybe that wasn't the best way to word it, but while the average number of dvds might be fairly uniform over the various prisons, the lower levels stand out because some are getting large numbers of dvds while the rest don't seem to understand the yard very well and are generally inactive. Those who get a lot come on the forums with comments like "got 20 pirates dvds", but the less active members don't care enough to say they didn't get shit. That makes it seem like level 4s are showering in riches whereas south dakotans get 1 and feel wronged. But I wasn't arguing that it was unfair, I was just trying to highlight the hypocrisy of the higher levels. Hope this clarified my point, kingtommy.
