looks like if they cry hard enough they get what they want. where is the incentive to train up past your rivals i ask you? it seems to me that if we are going for a level playing field here we should reconsider the amount of time a certain bootleg joe hangs about in new jersey compared to the time he spends in south dakota. why should we, the people of south dakota be penalised for working hard to be where we are? please correct me if im wrong but the aim of the game is to become harder, faster and stronger than your enemies, not live in the lower prisons collecting things to sell paypal to us, the suckers in sd.

this is just my opinion
