this is just my opinion

Please, tell me more about how I'm trying to balance PB's economy around Group A that plays the minigames, and Group B that steals their shit while barely participating in the actual event.

I understand that mugging medals from players is fun, and I wholeheartedly support the cutthroat aspects of this game. However, once low level players gave up on gaining medals, do you think the high level players played the games? They did not. Medal gains dropped by nearly 90%, and quest progress pretty much halted across the entire site.

it seems to me that if we are going for a level playing field here we should reconsider the amount of time a certain bootleg joe hangs about in new jersey compared to the time he spends in south dakota. why should we, the people of south dakota be penalised for working hard to be where we are?

Bootleg Joe doesn't have a time limit. He has a limited quantity. Once that quantity sells out, Joe goes away. Who's being penalized, and how?

please correct me if im wrong but the aim of the game is to become harder, faster and stronger than your enemies, not live in the lower prisons collecting things to sell paypal to us, the suckers in sd.

You're correct in the fact that the aim of the game is to improve (at least that's what we're trying to shoot for). But... please refer to the part of your post that I bolded, and you'll see why it's so alluring to squat levels.

the mugging part, i see your point and i agree with your decision, not that me agreeing matters of course.

the bootleg joe part not so much. it cant be right when level 4s end up with 5-10 dvds (and he/she wont be alone in having this amount) and joe comes to sd, a very lucky few catch him then he makes his way back to new jersey to hand out more? i think that a limit as to how many you can buy from joe would be a good idea, anything over 2 and youd have to mug him, plus up the south dakota share up a little?

and yeah, i think my joe suggestion would go a long way to placing where i want to spend my cash....

thanks for taking the time to respond, but i was only voicing my opinion not having a go. and btw its MR DONG from here on in please lol

oh and just had a thought, why not have say "event staff" that if your up to to much mischief you get evicted from event and nit allowed in for a certain amount of time. that would solve the mugging issue while the normal game rules would still apply?

Not to make this thread about Joe, but, we know how Joe works and KingTommy described him accurately. He is not on 'a timer' in any prison. He sells DVDs until he runs out of them.

The reason why NJ gets more DVDs than SD its because theres less very active player .. so when 5 people buy 10 DVD each .. after in SD maybe 25 people gets 2 DVD each .. so the actual active runners and squatters do wtf they want cause they have a cell to explore yard , not like most NJ player with a 3x3 with almost no amen.
