I know I'm pretty new here but I think it might be a bit unfair to have Level 8+ with the rest of the members that been playing the game for months , I think the location should be before louisana but after putnam like levels 8-16.

The benefits of this are the Location isn't beyond  louisana so the items / ammentties don't need to be super just a bit better than putnam.

It would make more sense if you were asking, when Louisana opens which level inmates will be transferred there? For your suggestion above if the intention was for inmates level 17 and up to move then you would have what you are looking for yes?

I believe having read somewhere previously that the new prison when it opens is intended for Level20+ inmates, however this is not fact i could be wrong

It was a big like hey I think 8-20 is pretty bad because honestly how many level 20+ are there , it makes a lot more sense to make it like 8-15 or somewhere around that area

you have been here for 5 days so i think you should play the game more before you suggest the creating a whole other prison besides the one their already coming out with.. runners need to access the prisons thats why lvl 5 can hit putnam. and lvl 8 can hit AZ. right now i think its more or less there arent enough ACTIVE high lvl players to start a new prison just to house lets say 20 and up. which would also take out a decent amount of the population in AZ to.
