Just wondering if the range is percentage-based or not.

The range is energy/stamina/cell space based. The only stats that matter are what level you are and which jail your in!

that was the last time i checked and recorded it... before the potters... i have to update it... but are criming at the moment...

i only get 300-450

okay

just take your time... build up amens and you will be fine i bet that at your level my gains weren't that... there are far better amens around now than what i had and also you can have a bigger cell... so don't be discouraged...
