will there be a feature like the bank where anybody in the gang can deposit/withdraw money?

i know im stupid and all, but the tax, does that mean everytime you mug someone, or search the yard, does part of the money you earn get put directly into the gang vault. does it say all the money that you get then gets taken away or does it only show what you get from it?

Miraculously, you manage to catch Whispario off-guard and snatch $5,253 from him You catch gabots, and manage to take $9,315 in cash from him. You earn 113306 EXP!

No. Nobody will explicitly deposit or withdraw from the gang vault. Gang leader sets a tax, and all gang member earnings are then taxed, so whatever they make, a percentage automatically goes into the bank. Then the gang leader chooses what upgrades to purchase with it.

Gang upgrades would not include any personal items. As I said before, one gang upgrade would be member slots. So the gang vault money is used only for purchasing things of that nature.

The mug text would likely be updated to reflect the new system. Something like,

"You mugged whoever and managed to take $5000. $500 went to your gang vault."

I'm not sure how in-depth we would make it, but my guess is that gangs will have only one leader and a few officer positions. If possible, the gang leader can choose certain permissions for his officers. For example, some gang leaders might want to give their officers power to change the gang tax amount, or choose which upgrades to buy using the gang vault money. Other leaders of other gangs may not want that, so they could turn off those permissions for their officers.
