I had an idea about the gang territories in the yard. When you control a grid/territory maybe some of the advantages of your gang having possession of that could be reduced movement and digging cost for stamina and energy and/or a small increase in chances of unearthing an item. I think that would be an incentive for most players to stick to their territory as well as try to expand it for those bonuses in a larger area. Moving through a rival gang territory could have the opposite effect of increased movement and digging cost.

I just noticed after you buy something from bootleg joe the next place he pops up isnt far from his last spot. Or at least thats how it went last time I was in manhattan. Is there a pattern he follows or is it random? Just wondering cause if it was a pattern that would make it a little to easy to find him.

The New yard system is looking good, may i suggest a few additions.

When you encounter someone in the yard ( you are both on the same square) a chatbox so you could talk to them would be a good addition, so you can find out were jo was last seen or abuse them before you attack ect. It would also be good if you could send items to someone on the same square.

A mini-map of the yard that you are in, showing key locations and possibly other players, may also be a good addition, to help find your way efficently around the yards.

good idea it wold help if ur makin a deal like if u revive thm ur gonna give em some eds so u dont have to go out of the yard

eazy, there is a map, but for me it takes too long to load

discussed already in this thread... in short; that's what the chat bar is for. There's also already a map (also discussed here). Click the globe icon. Showing players would not be a good idea though.

map must not load for me either

On gang territories , 1 person should be able to controll 1 square (paint it their gang colour)without suffering any penelty, however, 1 person could controll 2 squares but doing so would reduce your stamina by (for example) 10% meaining that you could hold a maximum of 10 squares (for example) before you would have 0 stamina and be easily open to attack by the enemy who wants to take the territory , u feel?
