Guns are for killing stuff... and unfortunately... too many people... use them to kill other people in an unjustifiable manner... it isn't the guns fault... but rather the persons... but hmmmmm does that mean it is alright for people to have easy access to them?? it could be argued... that North Korea is simply holding people to ransom... with what is essentially a gun... only super powerful.... where is the line... ??? i don't know... just seems that as humans we are disrespectful to life to many times... to be trusted with weapons... :shrugs:

you are right hannako, there are a lot of crazy people out there with guns... thats why i need one to protect my sane self. Also like to hunt and fish

I will only use my gun's to protect my house and family, and to kill 2 or 3 or 4 deer a year, well maybe 5 deer a year?

my theory is simple as this....GIVE EVERYONE A GUN!!!!!...GOOD PEOPLE OUT NUMBER THE BAD PEOPLE SO IF EVERYONE HAD A GUN THE BAD PEOPLE WOULD THINK TWICE ABOUT DOIN SOME DUMB SHIT..KNOWING THERE SURROUNDED BY GOOD PEOPLE WITH GUNS....( sorry bout caps)

i spend a huge amount of time trying to teach the young people i work with in my job... that carrying a weapon... to protect themselves... places them at greater risk... which it does... and greater likelihood of people getting harmed... and them ending up in trouble... it is a horrible... tragic ... self defeating cycle... that we as humans have entered into where we arm ourselves because we have to protect ourselves... which means that then there will be more people armed... and more harm likely to occur... it is reality i know... but it doesn't make it nice, good or fun... it is disgusting and sad that this is where we have got to.... but i will leave now before i accidently insult someone... (skips off)...
