I searched for an answere and couldnt find it,  so is what I wanted to know is IF I work out and use all of my nrg at once and then right after that someone attacks me while I have 0 nrg,  Will my lack of nrg effect how my character battles from a defensive stand point,  This is all hypothetical btw.

Energy doesn't effect your battle effectiveness. Having lowered stamina from training would though.
