I would like to suggest that amenities that are very rare or even common there would be how many of them there is in all of PB. Let's say someone would like to make a collection of a very rare particular amenity and there's only about 5 of it, that way the person would know how much that there is only 5 of it and not continue searching for it when there is none of it anymore.
