you know though man, everyone likes to blame republicans for being poor. I don't know, I know quite a few people that are living paycheck to paycheck and they've made a LOT of POOR DECISIONS. There is ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY. It's always looking for someone else to blame. It's always someone elses fault. Someone put the drugs on the street, someone else put the booze stores in the hood, someone else held them down from getting a job, etc etc. It is always someone elses fault. I've made stupid decisions in my life and have to live with it, i'm not out blaming someone else except myself.

I also see people with lots of potential that if they put in just half a shit of effort, they could make something of themselves, but they're too busy trying to find ways to slack off and it hurts them.

who's fault is it when someone bought a house they couldn't afford with an adjustable mortgage and with no money down. what about the person that goes otu and buys a nice sweet new SUV that costs them $600 per month, when they could have easily gotten a used car for 10% of the price.

To shed some more understanding to what shawshank has stated about President Obama having majority for more than half his term. Well i will vaguely explained something to you or anyone who seems to think the same. Obama refuse to pass laws just because he had the majority but instead took the diplomatic approach which involves including both republicans and democrats in his plans. He could have took advantage of democrats being the majority at that time but he decided to be fair rather than acting as a tyrant.
