Welfare programs has been implemented during the Great Depression but you seem to have a lot of input "negative i might add" about it at a time when the country has a black president as if to insinuate that Obama is the cause of Welfare programs.

It's cool when we send billions of dollars over seas to help other countries but everyone has a problem when we try to help our own. We wasted billions upon billions fighting 2 wars for no reasons at all and we heard no complaining from nobody. I know we wasted money over there b/c I was there, I was in Fallujah when the bombs kept coming in every night. I was in Afgahistan in them mountains when the ambushes took place, i was there.
