OBAMA's 2nd TERM Discussion Thread
hokiefanvic all i want is someone in the government to step up and say, enough is enough with the spending. right now that isn't happening. I've been chilled bro, i know i'm going to work hard no matter what and earn my living, that's how i'm programmed.
and with your logic on the president can't control everything, I'll agree with that under the condition that we give equal share of the blame of the bush administration to the Nancy Pelosi controlled house of representatives from 2006-2008... which nobody seems willing to do, only want to blame bush.
KROWNVICyou trip to much without any plan to do something about it....
you are mad at the wrong people....how many times are you going to ignore that?

You can easily judge the character of a man by how he treats those that can do nothing for him!
hokiefanno way out man, all you can do is put your nose down and go to work, and that's all i do. i pay my taxes, i work hard. Nothing wrong with getting upset when these sorry fucks in washington keep putting up barriers to freedom and success.

wormdogg10There is one group of FSA owners for whom this new cap will be particularly cruel and onerous: parents of special needs children. There are several million families with special needs children in the United States, and many of them use FSAs to pay for special needs education. Tuition rates at one leading school that teaches special needs children in Washington, D.C. (National Child Research Center) can easily exceed $14,000 per year. Under tax rules, FSA dollars can be used to pay for this type of special needs education. This Obamacare tax provision will limit the options available to these families.
FSA's are basically you borrowing money from your work and future earnings. Its not something just taken out of your pay you sign up for it just like 401k's etc.

"these" is the key word in your statement. Who are "these" people you speak of? The ones who keep fucking you and I? The ones who actually control what gets done? Come on into the light Hokie it isnt Obama bro its "these" people you just blamed it on!!! Those are the ones who are screwing us. The same ones who tried to vote down the money for Sandy Victims(187 no votes)!!! The same ones who actually raised your taxes so not only can we get our tax credits but the ones making $250,000 a year will also get them this year before the taxes Obama wants on them takes place. You see its all good you say you want to inform people but when you inform them with Faux news your doing them a disservice!!!! Whats funny is how you bitch about a couple extra bucks out of your check but denigrate the poor for getting assistance. Imagine making a couple dollars less then you are an hour and getting that same $30 taken out of your check. Thats almost a days pay for some people! If youre married I bet your wife is miserable because your a "my cup is half empty empty kind of guy"! Man you bitch about everything! "The grass is greener over there" type of guy! Hokie for real man you need to sack up and stop bitching about everything man, you gonna have a heart attack!
shawshankCouple of points..1st Vic,do yourself a favor, stop throwing around the word "retard",what are you 10??..1st it's an afront to the many parents and siblings of special needs children and it also highlights your level of immaturity...and Hokie, keep up the good work, maybe if you expose enough waste, fraud and abuse coming outta washinton from both sides of the aisle some of these low information voters here may become enlightened...and wormdogg, great job with the rebuttals, hearing an articulate response is a breath of fresh air opposed to the standard rap and slander we get on this thread...free bump also

So if last year I put $4000 in my flex spending account and this year it is maxed at $2500, that is a net tax implication of about $250 that last year I would not have been subject to. It is a TAX INCREASE. We had a baby last year so I needed every bit of what I could put in that FSA. They also changed the rules on what you can spend from your FSA. used to be anything that was closely related to personal care, now that is trimmed back quite a bit.
hokiefanDid OBAMA SAY OR NOT SAY THAT TAXES WOULD NOT GO UP ON FOLKS EARNING LESS THAN 250,000 PER YEAR? He fucking lied, just admit it.
Did Obama raise the taxes or compromise with the Repukes so that the tax benefits that wouldve ended 12/31/12 and us hard working tax paying citizens wouldnt be able to claim on our taxes this year? Yeah he compromised so we can get more of our cash back! Your welcome!
i find it so funny that everyone was fighting to keep the 'bush tax cuts". I thought they were only for the wealthy, seems like they helped everybody out a lot. Obama's fiscal cliff plan wanted to raise taxes and raise spending. Sorry worm, but we do not need more spending. Do you think we need more spending than the $1T/year deficit we already have?
