According to what I'm reading, the caduceus is more of a symbol of commerce than medicine, but....here, I'll let the wikipedia speak for itself:

"The caduceus is sometimes used as a symbol of medicine and/or medical practice, especially in North America, due to widespread confusion with the traditional medical symbol, the rod of Asclepius, which has only a single snake and no wings."

But even then it's saying that the main origin of Rod of Asclepius was in Greek Mythology, but even in alternative theories with a Biblocal foundation it wasn't from Eden

"Then the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people, so that many people of Israel died. And the people came to Moses and said, "We have sinned, for we have spoken against the LORD and against you. Pray to the LORD, that he take away the serpents from us." So Moses prayed for the people. And the LORD said to Moses, "Make a fiery serpent and set it on a pole, and everyone who is bitten, when he sees it, shall live." Moses made a bronze serpent and set it on a pole. And if a serpent bit anyone, he would look at the bronze serpent and live."

By that logic you can't rely on anything for ancient history, because no matter what you're just retelling stuff that's been retold so there's nothing that can prove any facts (even if they came from Harvard, Yale, Oxford, etc) are actual facts.

i get wat yur sayin but yur not korrekt. if U wanna get answers to ancient things wen U do da research its mostly gonna B in extremely old text (dats not written in english). but da truble ther is like wit mos of our historikal stories and even word (we use today) are mistranslated. take da word halloween. halloween was neva meant to B a skary, kreepy holiday. halloween aktually means day of saints & angels. alot of words& stories get mistranlated and due to years of translating or many language translation da original meanin or story is barely left.

yea good point about the old texts indeed jshank , concerning halloween i think old saints day was a christian date for remembering the dead, which was mixed with an old pagan festival to give halloween ?
