So, what I like to do is hand out cash to real new players, who have been on a day or less. I'll hand out a few thousand, maybe 10, 20 thousand at a time, it's no big deal. But always now and then you get a real idiot. This conversation is from someone I gave significant cash to, had a few convos with, gave advice to, etc, then he started asking about getting higher energy, so I informed him about buying amenities to get higher energy, he then asked if he could buy some off me (translation: can I have some amenities) I said my amenities are all worth too much for him to affort, etc etc, then he gets all pissy about it. Here's a portion of that convo that I found hilarious
