have to wait to find out..i guess a few inmates already bought out tho..so must not be "perm iso" severe/serious..just guessing.

but if they go back into iso for smoking a blunt/raiding/failing a crime - wont they be forced to serve the rest of that time in iso? a few mills to buy out of a 1-4 day iso and be done with it is nothing to anyone above lvl 10

Yep, they'll have to serve out their time.

I'll copy-paste my response from another thread to explain the issue:

The bug was that, some users recently discovered you could list items with a decimal point in it (For example, list 1.5 Energy Drinks). It would remove 1 Energy Drink from your inventory, and put 2 on the Open Market. It was essentially item duplication.

As for punishment: if you only did it once and with a low-value item, I gave you a pass (even though some likely knew what they were doing). If you did it more than once, you got 24 hours of iso for each listing.

No real harm was done. Nearly everyone who exploited the bug simply listed 1.5 Energy Drinks, or something like that. Which is why I only punished players with isolation, and no bans were issued.

For future reference: Players should report bugs as soon as you find them. I might not be as forgiving in the future.
