As it is, you can only buy/sell stuff that's listed in your own prison -- except amenities. While this is all fine and good, the problem is, NJ people can't list stuff for cheap without higher players grabbing it, and then things get resold for amounts that NJ players just can't afford.

So with this in mind, from now on, NJ players can see/buy amenities from ANY prison, while anyone NOT in NJ can see amenities from any prison EXCEPT NJ.

Hopefully this will serve to balance things out a bit!
