so a lvl 1 asks me if i want to join a gang where the leader is a lvl 5 and have been playing for 11days, i send him back are you serious, thinking he is being a wise guy, but he says ya he is serious, now i'm a lvl 10 already in gang, so I send back well since i'm in a good mood i won't put a 40k hit on you and i won't have anyone hit your gang leader a few times.

So should I have handled this a little differently or just like that works fine?

I just had the same thing happen.. I think they need to be taught the rules of the prison and about the established gangs
