I just looked at those linked suggestions, they aren't quite the same thing, also I didn't see an official aye or nay on any of them.

I like this idea. It would add an extra element for people to enjoy. I think that people in higher level prisons should have a much better chance of successfully completing an organised group crime. It would probably make sense that it would be something that couldn't be done too often, if the potential loot was decent.
