Its mostly made in china with the cheapest nastiest ingredients possible, check the label , research the ingredients before you eat or sniff anything. I seen a documentry were the chinese producers were laughing at the fact westerners put it in their bodies while the chinese have pure opium.....

All that synthetic stuff is SHIT. Never tried it never will, it's basically chemicals mixed in a bathtub, and full of impurities. ER's have seen a steep rise in OD's related to it.
