Definitely can't agree with this.  Yes, you can sneeze funny and level up, but dupes that are only here to troll know that.  See brock, didn't level til the voices grew too loud.  Thought by leveling up he'd silence them, only to realize that everyone still sees him for what he is.

I don't know if the solution should be time based (ie 2 weeks) or level (i'd vote for level 4.... once you can escape the noob prison, you should be able to interact.  as wee dong says, you can hit level 4 with no problem), but let's be honest here, do you really think the new accounts here are actually new players?  I'd put that number at 50% at best
