as i said before, you should have a 2 week protection window when you start (unless you hit a certain level first). protection based on level was a good idea in a new game, but i'm quite sure half the active level 1's are not new to the game.
That said, who cares, play your own game and stop worrying about what everyone else is doing. Don't like someone, block them, ignore them, don't reply to their posts. If you stop feeding them, they'll go away or be left talking to themselves. Seriously, all you're doing is giving him the attention he's craving. (as am i by even feeding into this nonsense)

totally agree! but he's yelling that i'm an other player,i don't know to much about skyline,all i know is from a friend of him who actually mailed me and askin if its true and why i didn't say. so in this case i don't want the others to think i'm scammer or any bad things that skyline did. that's the only reason i'm "feeding" him
