He came in here hey playstation sucks cuz its gonna be $700, its gonna suck because it cant play old games, its the same as other playstation no new features so why buy it.

honestly dude that is because it is not better.. if anything ps3 is better than xbox. compare the two systems when they were first released. then compare what xbox added/changed to their console and what ps3 did.. ill tell you right now, ps3 didnt add or change shit.

with that being said, they both red lighted (yellow light on ps3).. you can buy whatever controller you want for either system, so fuck all those arguments about i hate this and this controller.. they both use high end graphics cards, similar cpu chips. at the end of the day i doubt anyone that owns either system is really displeased with it (unless it stopped working of course)

as far as the new systems, im pretty sure the xbox360 and ps3 both had $600-800 price tags and people paid and bought them both. hell i heard some people paying over $1000 for one because they couldnt get one on launch day. so anyone saying no one will pay $X for a ps4 or new xbox for that matter has no valid argument. maybe you wont, but people out there will. i think both of the systems we have now are way ahead of their time, and upgrading them now is pointless, but this is capitalism, not lets all have nice things, they will put out a system, hell make it virtually the same if they choose, and over time if you wish to play video games you will be forced into buying the new system, because eventually support will end for the older consoles. hell what do you guys think will happen to the online networks once the new consoles are out for half a year? you think they will keep the same number of dedicated servers for ps3 and xbox? you think they will worry about putting out new online content? (if you are into that)

i just find it intriguing that by the looks of it both sony and xbox will launch their new consoles with the now 3rd time pushed release of one of the biggest games by one of the biggest companies. honestly if they want to sell the new consoles all they have to do it make GTA available only on them. id be pissed, but truth be told id probably go and buy. (its already been announced for ps3 and xbox360, im just saying)
