so im sure theres a reward later on but for now we're in stand-by mode, in a way you could say this whole axe/sword leveling is just a side-quest, the main one in phase 2 is "on hold" right now.

Essentially, your reward for phase 1 was the axe/sword.

Phase 2 is upgrading the axe/sword as far as you wish, plus a random shot at a few other items by various means.

This event isn't as cut-and-dry as past events. As usual, we're trying something completely different. That's just how we roll. Unless you want the same cookie-cutter generic hand-holding, "yay you're done! here's your reward" quest thing every time we celebrate? Gold stars for everyone!
