1) completely agree, I get that a lot. I don't want to be an asshole, but if you hand them the answer, they'll continue to be lazy and expect handouts. I usually just link to the wiki or the appropriate thread. You know.. help them, help themselves. Some people get pissed and curse me out, but whatever.

2) goes along with #1. Some people just want things handed to them. I get tons of "I'm new, can u plz help me make money fast?!?!"

I've had someone demand I make them a guard or they were going to hack the game... yeah, that's the kinda people we want around here.
