This just an idea,what if we open up a bank in the prison's?You would have to be approved for the loan,set up payments with the bank or how ever the bank tells you to pay.You will be charged a %,plus the transaction fee,if you dont pay the bank back there will be a hit put out on you and you will be attacked even after the hit is complete!!I Have someone who is willing to be the bank!,,let me know what yall think of this idea on this thread..,,thank you
